Return Policy

We care deeply about all of our customers and want you to always experience the absolute best of Pure Good! If you're looking to return an item, the product needs to be in its original packaging and received in the same condition to be considered eligible. We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. If something isn’t working for you or you’re unsure which product is right, please reach out at contact@shoppuregood.com — we’re always happy to guide you and make sure you’re getting the best experience possible.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll make it right!

Exchanges

If you’d like to try a different product, we recommend returning your original item (if eligible) and placing a new, separate order. This helps us get the correct product to you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Incorrectly Placed Orders

If you’re unsure which product is right for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help! If an order is placed incorrectly, a new order will need to be placed at the customer’s expense.

How Do I Care For My Product?

Due to the nature of tallow, if it is exposed to high heat (above 75-80 degrees) for long periods of time, the tallow balm can melt. The texture of the balm will change, but its effectiveness will remain the same.


Pricing Policy

All prices in our store and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

 

Sales & Discount Policy

We reserve the right to list a sale price at any time and to end the sale at any time at our discretion. Sale price cannot be combined with other promos or offers. Discount cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases. Discount cannot be applied for any other date than the listed sale date.
