Why We Don’t Cut Corners
Compared to trim fat, suet has a higher concentration of vitamins A, D, E, and K, a richer fatty acid profile, and a closer match to the lipids your skin is already made of.
That last part is what matters most, because when a tallow mirrors your skin's own biology, it doesn't just sit on top, it absorbs.
So why don't more brands use suet?
Because trim fat is easier to source, cheaper to buy, and available in larger quantities. Suet takes more intention.
