Awesome tallow similar to shea butter consistency that moisturizes my face and skin

I received it in the mail and 1/2 of it melted and ran out of the container in transit. Now it's all melted weird and hard to use. It's very hard and difficult to get out of the container and to apply without something to scrape it out. 🙁

After 3 days, my face was red and broke out and irritated. I think it's the citrus blend or maybe the mixture is comprised from melting and running out of the container and it's not the right mixture any longer. Don't know, but I do know I won't be using it.

Great product

Recently started using this product and I love it. I’ve been using it for only a couple weeks. I saw my dermatologist this week and she commented that my skin is looking fantastic. I told her I switched to Pure Good Tallow Balm and eliminated about 5 other face products. She told me she used tallow on her belly when she was pregnant. She said “Keep doing what you’re doing because it’s working!!” Such validation for me to know that my dermatologist approves of my switch. I love your products! I’m a customer for life!!

This is my second time purchasing through this company- the first product I LOVED and used so fast! I truly believe these products helps clear my acne and prevent any future breakouts. However, this last batch was so lumpy and curdled that it was too hard to apply to my face I ended up having to throw it out. I would still highly recommend this company and their products- I think I just had bad luck with this particular order.
